Most downloads on this forum require you to have an extraction program such as winzip. WinZip can be downloaded free.
Once
you have downloaded the program install it the your computer, Once
winzip is installed you can begin to open the files you have downloaded.
Locate
the file you downloaded from wkdsounds, Right click on the file and
select "Extract Here" your downloaded file will extract and be ready to
use.
